    Save your time and go with a different company. The customer associate by the name of **** is far from courteous. During our call, the gentleman did not let me speak. Instead had an attitude from the beginning of the call and spoke over me continuously. I was unable to ask any questions or ask for any accommodations since he hung up on me when I stated that the service time would not work and I was not interested in it. What a disgrace. They treat you as if they do not get paid for service and are doing you a favor.

    Your partner called our office requesting service. We scheduled a service call for her and confirmed the appointment with her to her satisfaction. You had contacted our office 10 minutes later, your first question upon speaking with us was I want to speak a with a supervisor. You were advised that the appointment was set and that your warranty company had given you incorrect information but did not want to hear it. You were advised if you kept yelling and speaking over me the phone call would be terminated. You continued and the call was terminated. You called back a second time still ranting about not getting what you wanted. Again, advised that we DO NOT do evening service. You still continued being disrespectful and told do not contact our office again and you proceeded to say F you who are you talking to. Phone call terminated.

    I called multiple times and left 15 messages over a month period. Never a call back. Tried to get in touch with them via ******* since its the only authorized repair service in my area. They put in a ticket multiple times and it was cancelled after they accepted it. I was waiting for days and I checked on it and they canceled it because said my phone number was invalid which I verified the information and the correct number was given and I also left multiple messages.

    We are sorry to hear you had this issue. We only receive the information the manufacturer sends us. If they send us wrong phone numbers, obviously there is not way for us to contact you. And as for calling 15 times, if a voicemail was left we would have responded. This time of the year we are very busy. Unfortunately we cannot respond to everyone. Have a great day.
