    I was locked out of my room completely naked. When I called the front desk I was informed that there was nothing they could do. I was hiding behind an ice machine ( while naked) and informed to go to the front desk (from the third floor while naked ) for key card. When I asked for the attendants name she refused to give me her name. I also spoke to the manager or supervisor and they told me that they couldnt do anything about it due to some type of security issue. I was also charged for the one night out of two nights that I booked through ***********. They called me in my hotel room after speaking to *********** representative to inform me that I had to leave the property due to this incident. I demand a full refund and I would like to take this action to court if necessary. I feel violated and discriminated against in my own right.
