    MotorWorld submitted false financial informationspecifically a drastically incorrect wholesale vehicle valueto multiple lenders, sabotaging my credit. After repeated certified letters and good-faith efforts, they refused to provide a valid, signed contract and never delivered the vehicle.Their practices are unethical and violate fair business standards. I am now engaged in a federal lawsuit (Case No. 3:25-CV-00491) to hold them accountable.

    I would like to report ****. He is extremely argumentative at check in for service at ****** - not the first time either. I usually try to avoid him as much as possible when requesting a service advisor & have never left negative feedback until now - but today was an unexpected trip in for a rattle in back of my Highlander that I purchased here (a repeat purchaser) have serviced here - buy my tires here etc. ******* Giory was kind enough to get me in sooner than the service scheduler was able to do originally. Back to ****: as soon as I arrived, he started with your starting price today is going to be $180 just to put the car on a diagnostic lift. I said I was never told that a time of making appt. He reiterated that yes this is the charge before we fix anything thats when I requested the manager **** - once he checked with **** **** said that wouldnt be the case.**** went on to say this isnt the first time weve done a free diagnostic for you. I asked him what he meant by that. He said you were here last year and somebody looked at your tires. I said yes because I was going to purchase for new tires here in Oct. 2024 at time of my inspection & was asking about the current tread Life. My response to him is what would that matter to you? Why are you casting that up then I asked to have my car washed after the service was complete & he started again w/ I would need to sign off because of the guards on my windows. I said Ive never had to sign off on a car wash before and Ive had it washed every time I had Service here. So with above said he argues with the customer at every turn and I feel he needs to learn how to treat the customers with more respect than I was given today!!

    SERVICE ***** ! I do not recommend anyone take their vehicle there. I was taken advantave of and treated poorly ! No communication on service and wracked up services to give me a 328$ bill for my car that went in for an oil change, tire rotation, recall, and asked to change settings to put by temp back into ferenheit ( changed automatically to celcius ). Charged me 190$ to do a "diagnostic" test to show them how to change settings back to celcius ! I called to speak to a manager and they did not offer to make this correct ! I will NOT buy ANY car here every again or take any car here for service. They take advantage of people !

    ******** customer service. No communication. I do not recommend anyone take their vehicle there. I *************** insurance stops recommending them for repairs.

    I purchased the maintenance package from these scammers . What they fail to tell you is they don't have any appointments past 3:15 pm so if you work dayshirt uou can't get that service done don't buy from motorworld.
