A bill was sent to renew the subscription (6-day delivery) and I called to cancel. I was offered a different type of subscription delivery on Saturday and Sunday with e-editions for the other 5 days for $1.50 per week. I asked, multiple times, for a new bill with this information and was told one would be sent. Two weeks later, since I hadn't received a new bill I called again to cancel, but was told I was already signed up for the new service and it would start on March 8, 2025 when my old subscription expired. I asked again for a new bill to be sent with the correct amount and was told it would be sent. Another bill was sent and not only did it not contain the new subscription price (it still listed 6-day delivery only), the paid through date was now February 27, 2025 one week less than the previous renewal notice listed. How does the renewal date change? The previous subscription was paid for ******************************************************** the two bills. I cannot find the bill paid in 2024, but the check was written out on March 10, 2024 which would have been at least a week before the end of that subscription. So, that is another question - was a week (or more) taken off of that subscription also? I would like the correct bill to be sent - starting on March 8 as was listed in the first renewal invoice or to cancel the subscription as I asked for with no further billing.

I paid for a 52 week subscription to the Citizens Voice newspaper the was to start on 6/23/2024 but I am now told that it will expire on 3/1/2025. I was told by an agent from the paper that there was a price increase after I subscribed and that they deducted it from my subscription and shortened my subscription length. I was not informed of the change and that they would deduct the increase from my current subscription. This means that I will only receive 37 weeks of my 52 weeks that I paid for. I am looking for the remaining weeks of my subscription. I understand that they may reduce my subscription by up to 4 special editions that cost an extra 2 dollars each but that would not cause the loss of so many weeks. Attached are a copy of both my bill from last year and this years bill.
