    I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Seek Optics concerning my recent order. I initially reached out to Seek Optics because the lenses I received did not match the mirrored finish I expected and were excessively clear, failing to block eye movement as anticipated. Furthermore, I noticed that the website only allowed me to process a return for one quantity, even though I had ordered three items.I have brought this issue to the attention of your staff multiple times, but over the past month, I have received no responses to my inquiries. Additionally, I opened a dispute regarding this matter, yet Seek Optics has still failed to affirm or respond in any way.I kindly request that the Better Business Bureau assist in resolving this issue and ensure that Seek Optics addresses their inadequate customer service by processing a full refund for all items. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

As can be seen from the email communications attached to this claim, we have clearly explained on multiple occasionsacross two different email chainsthat in order to process a refund, the customer must return the three sets of lenses they purchased from our website.
    Despite our repeated and clear instructions, the customer has yet to return the items. We have a straightforward return policy, and weve made every effort to assist the customer in resolving this matter, but without the return of the products, we are unable to proceed with the refund request.
    We remain committed to providing excellent customer service and will be happy to issue the refund as soon as the products are returned to us, in accordance with our policy.

    I am rejecting this response for several reasons. First and foremost, the company has consistently ignored my attempts to reach out for assistance. I have sent multiple emails and submitted several support tickets regarding my concerns, but I have yet to receive any meaningful reply. 

    Additionally, there is a significant issue with the companys website, which is malfunctioning and only shows that I purchased one pair of items, despite having made three separate purchases. This discrepancy is extremely frustrating, especially since I have taken the time to explain the situation clearly.

    Despite my repeated efforts to communicate, I feel completely unheard and disregarded. This lack of responsiveness is not only disappointing but also unacceptable for a customer service experience. I hope that my concerns will finally be acknowledged and addressed appropriately.

    I received a letter from the BBB yesterday requesting that I respond to a customer complaint. However, when I logged in today, the system states that no response is needed at this time. Im unsure how to proceed and would appreciate guidance on how to submit my response. I believe its important to address the claims made by the customer and defend my business's reputation.

    Additionally, I would like to inform you that the same customer also filed a dispute with their credit card company. We recently won the case by providing the necessary documentation to the credit card company, which Ive attached here for your reference.
