      I am very disappointed in the customer service of Aqua Leisure Pools and Spas. 3 weeks ago we had a new Wellis hot tub delivered. The LED lights are not working in it. We have made several attempts to contact someone about this. No one answers the phone or returns calls. After 2 weeks I finally did speak to someone and they assured me a tech was coming out on Friday 11/17/23 after 12:00. My husband arranged his work schedule to be available and no one showed up. I tried calling and was told no one of the service guys could be reached by phone or text. It’s now Tuesday 11/21 and no one has called back. I have left voicemails and emails and no one is answering me.
