    Ordering/getting pool installed was great (except not having the ladder we talked about & I ordered). ***** was phenomenal UNTIL I called up asking questions, explaining how my pump was acting up running loudly! He has been ignoring my calls for over a year! NOW, I KNOW WHY! The "generator adapter" that is "to be treated like gold" was NEVER intended to be put on the pump to begin with, so now bc of THAT- my Warranty is voided out. What the electrician told me was- it arched, if I hadn't kept my eye on it, it could have caused a MAJOR FIRE!!!!! I TRUSTED him, telling me he was a pool contractor AND General contractor. Well, I don't know WHY you would draw a 20 amp DOWN to 15 amp! It LITERALLY KILLED my motor, is what I have been told by EVERYONE I had spoke to, getting estimates. I DO BELIEVE since it was not by my doing or neglect, the pump SHOULD be replaced by you since that piece was NEVER intended to be on it, but that's just my two cents

    The pool contract was agreed upon by both parties and signed in July of 2019. As agreed upon by both parties, I was only responsible for pool installation and plumbing hookup. At no time was I responsible for any of the electrical work. The pool installment was started and completed on 7/10/2019. *************************** reached out to me approximately two years later stating there was an issue with the pump. Unfortunately, the warranty on the pump expires one year after installation. Since I was not contracted to do the electrical work, I can not give an opinion or take responsibility for the issues *************************** is speaking of, when it comes AMPs or the electrical work of the pump.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    He added this piece to an extension cord & ran it to the garage - saying it was SAFE to do so.  I am not an electrician, I TRUSTED an established pool man telling me it was safe to do so, I TRUSTED the Code Enforcement Officers who checked it to also say whether or not it was safe!  He NEVER replied!  This is the plug, I'll get the picture of the extension cord with the next reply!
