I contacted Corcoran Printing to print some business cards for my business. We communicated over email. On 10/17/23 I received the following quote.Qty: 100 - $328 + Foil die $180 Qty: 250 - $360 + Foil die $180 Qty: 500 - $397 + Foil die $180 On 10/23 I was asked for my credit card information for a half down payment. On 10/25 I filled out my credit card information and sent it to them. On 10/26 I was charged $250.On 10/26 she added an additional $158 to the quote as she said she needed to switch presses. On 10/27 I asked them for a total quote for the 500 cards. They responded on 10/27 with a quote of $617. I agreed to this price and asked to see a sample of the card. They sent me a sample which I received on the evening of 11/2. On 11/3 I emailed them asking if I could make an edit to the color before we print all 500. They said they could not make the edit. I accepted they could not make the edit and agreed for them to go ahead and print them on 11/3. I received the business cards in the mail on 11/9, however I only received 120 cards. I emailed them the same day, 11/9, stating I received the cards and asking if the remaining cards were being sent separately. They responded apologizing that they made a mistake and the quote they gave me was for 100 cards. After they told me of their mistake I was flexible and tried to negotiate a fair compromise, even though it was not my mistake. They stated they would not send me the remaining cards and asked me to pay an additional $542 for the remaining cards in my order. I asked several times for a fair compromise as I had agreed to that price for 500 business cards, not 100 business cards. In addition to this I was charged $921.17 total for the transaction. This is well above the $617 quote they gave me for the 500 cards, which I had agreed to. They added a $138.77 shipping fee, and $165 design fee that was never discussed, I was never made aware of, or approved this charge.

I have still not received the remainder of my order (400 business cards). I am still wanting this to be resolved. Corcoran Printing are refusing to give me the cards which I paid for, in addition to this, they added $305 in additional charges that they did not approve with me first. The charge was supposedly for a shipping and design fee that was never mentioned at any point in our communication, until I received an invoice for it, and my card was charged.
