    The company refuses to repair an bathtub in my room. I rent an master bedroom on ****************, White Haven PA**** for $621.43 an month. The bathtub slowly leaks out and can not be stopped up due to the grit on the floor of the bathtub. I am 35 I have aches and pains and lower back pain, I don't have the ability to soak in the tub or use it to bathe sitting down. the company ceo refuses to have anything done. I am looking outside council and help as I am unable to effectively move anywhere else due to the other many issues with this company that I plan to file separate complaints as well to the BBB regarding this company.

    Hello,

    First I want to start off by letting you know that we are an agency that supports people with Intellectual Disabilities & Autism. ******* is one of our clients. 

    We received the letter regarding ******************************* complaint & are writing this email to reply. ******* first brought the bathtub issue to our attention in January 2022. We sent our property manager over to fix the drain plug, but ******* was dissatisfied, although it did hold water and was functional. We then purchased multiple stoppers for ******* as well to help ***** his concerns, however, he was dissatisfied with all of them and sent us the one he would like purchased. We decided to purchase the one he would like. Then, I received an email from our licensing representative saying that he received a complaint from ******* regarding the bathtub as well. I explained that it was taken care of by us purchasing the item ******* prefers to fix his bathtub issues. I haven't heard from him again for a few months.  

    Then, in March, while I was at *******'s home for an audit, ******* showed me a ******* video of a part for the bathtub that he felt he needed. It was a stopper that needed to be screwed in. I allowed our staff to purchase this item for *******, which he wanted to install himself. He seemed proud to have been able to do this and showed multiple people the bathtub which he fixed to prevent the slow leak he was complaining about. By showing multiple people the job he did, he removed the item which was screwed into the bathtub. This stopper eventually stopped working because of the constant removal of the item.

    Since then, I have seen ******* on several occasions and he did not complain to me about the bathtub. I had a meeting this morning with ********* Support's Coordinator regarding this same issue which the support's coordinator said he complained about again. We discussed a stopper that would allow him to easily hold the water by pressing it in. ********* support staff will discuss this option with ******* to see if he'll be agreeable to it. In conclusion, we have on multiple occasions responded to ********* concerns, but he never seems to be happy with our service provided to him.
