    Absolutely Horrible, untrustworthy, highly useless, support after the filing is beyond disgusting and outright incompetent. It's bad enough that the IRS is as stupid and slower then a worm, now even a preparer that your supposed to trust and depend on, can't even get anything right. I really thought that tax agencies were supposed to build trust and loyalty with their clients, Liberty Does neither.
    I went there as a new client, to try and find out if they live up to their word, still awaiting, 6 months plus, for a stupid , lowsy 2600 refund, badly needed, being financially destroyed , because of it.
    First and last time, I will EVER use, trust or even think of looking to them ever again. If you know what's secure for you, brothers and sisters, believe me.
    Stay the hell away, use H & R BLOCK, as least they have a brain, without fear of using it.
    TRUST ME!!!
