In late August, we contacted Liberty Wheels and asked them if they could install two chairlifts that belonged to my mother. We explained that she would be moving up to Philadelphia from Washington, DC and she's unable to walk at all. They said they could and sent a representative to take measurements. On 9/7/23, they gave us a quote of $1,665 that included $665 for an electrician they would send to install a new outlet for the chairs. We agreed to the price quote and locked in the installation date of 9/28/23. Its very important for us to stay on schedule because my mothers health insurance terminates in Washington on September 30th.Everything was on track with Liberty Wheels until we asked if the electrician was licensed. The answer was no. We told their director, ************************, that we preferred to find our own licensed electrician. He then told us that he no longer wanted to do the job and was really nasty about it. We had spent more than two weeks setting things up with this company - scheduling a guy to come out, waiting a week for his price quote, and a couple more days to hear from their unlicensed electrician. We then had to scramble to start over with another company and try to meet our deadline, costing us more money.I have very rarely in my life dealt with such unprofessional behavior. I want people to know not to trust this company.

On 10/11/22 Liberal Wheels construction LLC was contacted to install a concrete walkway, reinstall walkway lighting and cut a hanging tree branch. The concrete walkway was completed excellent. The walkway lights were ripped out, wires cut and shorted . Lights were left in a pile inoperable. I contacted Liberty Wheels several times to repair and install my walkway lights. My calls fell on def ears leaving a hazzard of cut and burned wires. I was forced to hire a licensed electrician to install and complete the lighting installation. The cost was a reasonable $260. I am asking for reinforcement of damaged lighting fixtures.Liberty wheels refuses to return my calls to reimburse me for the hazzard and damages they caused.
