Friendly and professional installers. Very punctual and finished job in timeframe they quoted. We had 2 heat pump units installed with all duct work and they were done in 4 days. Great company to work with. Would definitely recommend.

3/7/25 our propane furnace would not start. The technician, after a fair amount of checking and trying various things, got it up and running...but warned us that it may not stay working as the unit was old and replacement parts hard to find. A number of phone calls were made searching for parts.Long story short, we had a complete system installed 3/10 Monday morning in about 3 hours...new furnace and air conditioning system. The crew was very respectful and obviously knew exactly what they were doing.I highly recommend this company and their employees!! Thanks guys!Forsburg Furnace and Air Conditioning Co.

April 2024 I converted from aging electric ceramic heaters to a heat pump and split unit for a multi level home that had no previous duct work. *** came out, assessed the situation, and gave me the best option of where he would place the duct work and vents. He patiently explained to me everything they would do, and it was a *********************. It was completed in 3 days by his knowledgeable, professional employees. After the full installation was done, time was taken to show me how to operate the new heat and ac. I would highly recommend this company. They respond quickly and pleasantly to not only your initial email, but also to any follow-up emails with questions you may have forgotten to ask.Forsburg Furnace and Air Conditioning Co.

We recently contracted with Forsburg Furnace & A/C to replace our oil furnace and aging central A/C unit with an air source heat pump. Our experience with them was excellent! After Joe visited and reviewed options with us, he provided proposals and took the time to answer all of our questions to our satisfaction. Scheduling through Heather and Autumn at the office was a breeze, and they even moved up our installation date when an earlier date became available. The installation crew, Ryan, Don, and Nick, were prompt, courteous, careful, neat, and efficient, taking care to protect our floors when removing the old equipment and cleaning up after installation. Results are top notch and the entire project took just under 5 hours! They were very helpful in explaining how our new system works.

After an initial visit and analysis from Joe at Forsburg we decided to install a Mitsubishi mini split system. The customer service support from Heather in the office was excellent. The installation yesterday was done by the Forsburg crew. They were very professional and helpful explaining every aspect of the process. Before they left we had an excellent explanation of the workings of the system and the remote controls. We will highly recommend the business to others.Forsburg Furnace and Air Conditioning Co.

Joe, from Forsburg Furnace, came to troubleshoot my gas furnace within 24 hours after I called it in. I decided to order a replacement unit and his sons Ryan and Nick installed my new furnace within a day or two. My Mom just converted to natural gas from a half century plus oil fired furnace. Forsburg was the obvious choice to do the installation. They were prompt and got right to work. In just a few hours the job was complete. Everyone was very helpful and courteous from the beginning to the end.
