      I got braces out on in November of 2020. Since than I fell on hard times and can no longer make payments. I asked ******* to remove my Braces bc Ive only seen him twice in the the last 4 years and bc I was unable to pay, I wasnt able to continue treatment. I kept my braces on all these years in hopes to get back on track and finish treatment but since my braces have been falling apart in my mouth and causing extreme mouth issues. With him aware of my situation and knowing my braces are deteriorating inside my mouth, he said he would need ************************************************* afterwards. Wouldnt that be considered abandonment? Half of the wires snapped off and the other half is out of its brackets so Im constantly being stabbed, my tooth is deteriorating inside the bracket , I have overgrown gums. I never got care without payment so when I stopped going , I was still be charged and first he said $2,000 to take my braces out and once I asked for an itemized receipt of work done , he stayed $1,200. I was told from another ortho that he legally cant refuse to remove my braces with his practice and would like resolution
