      I HAVE SOLD **** TO THIS BUSINESS IN THE PAST THE LAST SHIPMENT OF **** I SENT ON THE 4TH OF NOVEMBER WAS AN EXPECTED PAYMENT TO ME OF $10,300 AND I OVERNIGHTED THE **** SO I HAVE A CONFIRMATION FROM FED EX THAT IT WAS DELIVERED, I ALSO HAVE AN EMAIL FORM OZONE TOYS THAT THEY HAVE RECIEVED IT, HOWEVER THAT IS THE ONLY COMMMUNICATION THAT I HAVE FROM THEM TODAY IS THE 16TH AND I HAVE CALLED , EMAILED, ******** MESSAGE YOU NAME IT I HAVE TRIED OUTSIDE OF DRIVING TO PA MYSELF FROM LA TO GET AN ANSWER AS TO WHY I HAVE NO UPDATES NO PAYMENTS NO ONE ANSWERS ANY OF MY COMMUNICATION ATTEMPTS .THE TYPICAL TURN AROUND TIME FOR PAYMENT IS 48 HOURS I HAVE BEEN WAITING ALMOST 2 WEEKS AND I DO NOT EVEN MIND THE WAITING AS I STATED MANY TIMES IN VARIOUS MESSAGES TO THEM , I JUST WOULD LIKE AN UPDATE OR O FORM OF RESPONSE FROM THEM . BUT THEY HAVE COMPLETELY IGNORED EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAVE REACHED OUT EVERY ONE. SO I WANT MY MONEY OR I WANT THME TO SEND BACK MY STUFF BUT IDEALLY YOU HAVE HAD IT THIS LONG I SHOULD BE PAID AS AGREED ITS IS SIMPLY A TERRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS AND IM NOT A NEW CLIENT I HAVE SOLD THEM STUFF AS RECENT AS THE 26TH OF SEPTEMBER BEFORE NOW.

We were explicitly instructed by the police not to communicate with the complainant, or to remit any payment during their ongoing investigation. For this reason, we have not been able to respond to the complainants emails, calls, or messages.

      About 2 weeks ago I sent an email asking how to price something I have to sell to Ozone Toys, and have not heard anything back. I've sent numerous emails and contacted them thru their website. Basically I have two cases of Pokmon Scarlet and ****** Twilight masquerade sleeved packs. 36 unopened sleeves each. The closest thing they have to that option is 36 sleeves in a display box. I have a different display box and was wondering what they would offer me for my box of 80 Twilight masquerade sleeves, 14 temporal forces sleeves, 6 Scarlet and Violet sleeves, 2 darkness ablaze sleeves & 2 Lost orgin packs

      Upon receiving the customer’s initial inquiry, we responded via email to address their question about the Pokémon product pricing. However, our emails to the customer’s email address were consistently returned as undeliverable. It appears the customer was not receiving our replies, and we were unable to establish communication through that channel despite multiple attempts.

      Additionally, the customer recently visited our store and informed us that they had acquired a new phone and had changed their email address, which may have contributed to the undeliverable email issue. We appreciate the customer’s visit and their efforts to update us, allowing us the opportunity to assist them directly.

      We strive to provide excellent customer service and are always available through multiple communication channels, including phone, our physical store, and our website. We encourage the customer to reach out to us again with their updated email address or through another preferred method so we can offer a resolution for their inquiry.
