This trucking company damaged my vehicle severely and is not taking ownership at all. Theyre being horrible about fixing it.

    Business Response

    Date: 03/28/2025

    Good afternoon,

The driver working at the time of the accident had reported the incident late to us, despite this we had taken all the needed actions necessary to handle the situation properly.

The claimant had been contacted by our owner firstly to see the degree of damages caused to the vehicle as well as trying to come to a solution that would handle the situation properly. At the time, we were told by our driver that he had not been completely at fault as the other party was also to blame for the damages. The claimant was incredibly aggitated claiming we were trying to scam her and are avoiding responsibility when we had informed her we are investigating the manner and if she can send us all the information she has from her side.

I, claims representative at Transit **** had been told of the situation after this conversation and had tried calling her myself to see what demands she might have, as well as hear her side of the story- calls had gone to voicemail. As a response i had reached out to our *********************** to give them all the information i had so they can help us handle the situation and understood all sides of the story.

There was no dispute in the manner. Form the beginning we had not tried to avoid fault but to try to resolve the solution amaciably. I have attached the screenshot conversation with our safety manager, since i was unable to get any response back from her i had included insurance so they can gather all the needed information and make the decision of liability themselves.
