    At appox. 16:15 EST on 3/6/25, we witnessed a team of contractors tossing used asphalt onto our property that was left over from a project. We immediately asked them why and told them that it was not the proper way to dispose of the asphalt. Their ******* said that they would clean it up before leaving for the day. They did not. The asphalt is still there and we are requesting that the construction team remove every ounce of asphalt that was littered onto the property. We contacted the Township to report the incident at 16:22 as well. There is photo evidence of the scattered asphalt.

    On Friday March 7th, we met at the site with the Project engineer and township representatives, and G&B Construction did not work or touched the address mentioned by Mr. ********.
