      Hired contractor to repair kitchen wall behind cabinet. On 1/26/2024, following agreed provided estimate, Contractor removed kitchen cabinet, removed previous damaged wall area and said he would come back after airing. Sent multiple emails, texts or calls to get contractor to return finish job by adding insulation and dry wall and return the cabinet, the company has been Non-responsive. On 1/26/2025, it will be a year waiting. Because stones were exposed with cold air coming in I had to have a ***** apply new mortar since I had not heard from this contractor. I sent a picture to contractor saying this was completed and insulation and dry wall was needed. The cabinet remains in our dining room and cannot use the counter area for 1 year.

      ***** email and bank account were hacked. In the process of clearing out the breach of our email and bank we lost our email contacts and pending work orders . There is no excuse that could validate. We will step up and cover the panel that is missing at Ms. ****** kitchen cabinet immediately.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  The business came and completed the work and even did some small touches as extra without charge. I am very pleased
