      Purchased close to ***** square foot of Allusion Stately plank flooring from Rooms With a View. Floor was manufactured by Derr Flooring Company. The reason I purchased this floor was due to lifetime residential warranty. Within one year period floor stated curling near edges. I phoned both the installer and Rooms with a View Representative. Installer stated floor installed per manufacture standards, while Rooms With a View referred issue to **** Flooring. **** Flooring Representative stated it had to be a "installation issue" but he would open case number and send to company. **** Flooring sent out "Independent Flooring Expert" to look at floor. He felt it could be installation issue. Pictures were taken with humidity readings. Readings were within "normal" home humidity levels. I received e-mail from **** Halpern **** Sales Representative my repair request was denied. I immediately phoned **** with request to speak to a Manager. I spoke to *** ****** Manager, **** Flooring. *** was very rude. He went on to state that this issue was not due to installation issues but was caused by moisture. I stated flooring was waterproof with a lifetime warranty. *** relayed that just because a floor is waterproof it does not mean it is moisture proof. I relayed to *** that humidity readings taken at my house were within acceptable home levels. His only comment was moisture causes curling that was occurring at my house and **** was not covering repair of my floor. I would like for **** to either repair my floor or submit a credit that I could put toward a new floor. This company has been a nightmare to deal with.******* *.

      **** flooring provided us with flooring for our entire bottom floor and after 6 months the entire floor was curing and by a year the floor came up 5 inches at one spot!! We contacted them and they refuse to replace or refund us! we were so excited to finally have new hardwood floors and are left devistated! They failed to answer my concerns at all until i contacted a lawyer and still won't help us!!! save yourself and do NOT use this company!

      We were doing a DIY home project and went to **** Flooring for the floors, of course. We had a great experience buying our flooring at **** Flooring. From advice on what to buy, ordering, seamless payment, responsiveness on questions and the in-store pickup was as easy as it could be. The quality of product that they sell is the best and at a great value within your budget. The staff was friendly and helpful. 100% would buy my floors for projects big and small as they have a fantastic process in place to help you get your project done.
