    These people subbed my order for one that was NOTHING like the one I ordered and said nothing to me about in the hopes, I assume, that I wouldn't see it. No option to cancel, or change my order, just sent a subpar substitution to my mother in the hospital. It also arrived a day late, obviously.When I did see it and called to complain, they told me they could cancel the charges and go take the ar-rangement from her room.What??Substandard company and customer service....this company isn't even local to us in **, they sub work out to who knows where in the area, and the work is garbage. Why is a PA company even able to take MA orders? Save your money.

    Thank you for your review.  While substitutions can occur to ensure delivery, the end result should still be a beautiful bouquet that is somewhat similar to what was selected.  In our conversation with you, we had requested a picture of what was delivered to help expedite the resolution.  It always makes things easier when we can see what you see.  We did not receive the picture until after this review that was posted.  Once the picture was received, we agreed that the item was unacceptable and have already refunded the sale in full.  Please feel free to reach out with any other questions.  If you feel the resolution deserves a change to your review, we would greatly appreciate it.  Have a wonderful rest of your day.

    Roses that were sent for Valentines Day arrived wilted and not even arranged. **** said he would have the flowers picked up and would issue a full refund. Then when unable to pick up the flowers, emailed back to keep the flowers and he would issue a 50% refund. Even a 50% refund is a ripoff for dead flowers. These guys are scam artists.

    Kremp a Rip-off, bait and switch, unscrupulous...Kremp uses false names like Flowers by **** in Skippack to attract local customers then substitutes order with whatever it has on hand. My $100+ order included a cheap clear glass bowl instead of the nice advertised clear purple vase, I paid $5 extra for a greeting card sized card with message and received a 3x4 paper note and my "Lovely Lavender Bouquet" turned out to be a bowl of mixed colored flowers including 3 lavender sprayed roses. Tops, a $40 bouquet. I would have come out better at my local Giant supermarket.I received the following Kremp message, "You reviewed Kremp Florist, who believe your review actually belongs to another business." I can assure you I have not. I placed my order on a site described as Flowers by ****. I did so by clicking on BIRTHDAY on the upper right-hand corner of the home page. From there I scrolled down 12 rows until I located "Lovely Lavender Bouquet" where I selected and completed my order for the $79 upgraded version along with a "Fullsize Greeting Card" for an additional $4.99. I received free delivery but an $18.99 service fee !?! I am still in possession of Kremp's 3"x4" paper $4.99 "Fullsize Greeting Card" featuring the Kremp name and logo.     Thank you for allowing us to respond and hopefully put this concern to rest. There is a massive misunderstanding on the part of the customer and we are simply trying to clear that up. This customer is claiming we are operating under other names which is 100% completely false. We are a third generation family owned and operated florist in ************, **. We've been in business for over 65 years. Operating under other names is not necessary nor beneficial when we've built up a fantastic reputation under our own name, Kremp Florist. It makes no sense to try to come across as something we are not. We are proud of our brand, our services and products.We completely agree that there is a company on internet listed as "Flowers by ****." They are a website, not a florist. They show up for basically every town in the ** when in fact there is nothing local about them. Once an order is placed on their site, they send the order through to a local florist in whatever town the order is to be delivered. This is the same model as FTD, Teleflora, 800Flowers and so many others. Florists have been in nationwide networks for ************** the customer's scenario, once they ordered, that website sent the order to us for fulfillment. They could have sent it to any florist in the area. We are simply a fulfillment option within a network of thousands of florists. That is why the enclosure card has our information on it.We are not the company this person ordered from. The order confirmation proves this as well. They show a service fee with free delivery. If they ordered from us, we have a delivery charge with no service fee. When the order is sent to us, we do not control costs or fees. We are simply given a basic, generic description of what to do. We make it and deliver it. Again- the classic model of order fulfillment for florists across the country. If a customer is ever unhappy with one of these orders, they should contact the company they ordered from. That company would then offer multiple resolutions. This could be a discount, a offer to replace with a new bouquet or even a full refund. That is 100% in the hands of the company that the order was placed with. They control all billing. We are not given any customer information, any billing information and we don't even know what the customer was charged. Again- all part of the florist-to-florist fulfillment process.The assumption that we have fraudulent sites is wrong and hurtful. Anyone that understands how florist networks work can understand that we are simply a local florist that received an order from another company and filled it. This is no different from a customer ordering from us for delivery to their relative in another state. We send that order to a local florist in that area. The recipient would never claim that the florist that delivered it is operating under our name. It is 2 different companies and the normal way of doing business in the floral *********** all means- if the customer is not happy with what was delivered, they have every right to contact the company they ordered from for a fair resolution. There is nothing wrong with that. But to make these false claims about our business operating under other names is completely groundless, unsubstantiated and unfairly damaging.

    Very disappointed. The corsage I ordered looked nothing like the one I received. **************** said that it was because of the ribbon I chose. No. It was because I ordered white and pink orchids and received bright purple orchids. And the lack of fullness. It looked nothing like the image. Ill never use them again

    Thank you for your review. By all means we do apologize for the disappointment in the product that was received. We reviewed this with the design manager. This variety of orchid is a work of nature meaning the shade is not always consistent. This is common with any unique flower. We've seen this exact variety sometimes come in more pale than the picture, sometimes closer to a medium pink and every shade in between. Due to this, we state in the product description that this orchid shade can vary from pale pink to medium pink. We only brought up the ribbon color because when you go from a sheer white ribbon to a bold yellow ribbon as requested it can change the overall look of the corsage and not look as soft. Again we are sorry for the disappointment. In the future, if an exact color must be matched, please provide those details in the special instructions field during checkout. Our designer will be happy to follow them and if there is any issue, we can reach out to you for approval. We wish you all the very best.

    Very upsetting and disappointed with thus company. Their web page says " if ordered before 12:30pm, the order will be delivered the same day". I ordered at 1:30am on the 14th of February, and here it is 6 days later and after spending over $200.00 for our 30th anniversary, my wife still hasn't received her gifts. I was lied to and promised that the order would be delivered on the 15th, only to later be told by a different employee that I wouldn't get my order til the 19th, 5 days afterwards. I'll never use this company again.

    Thank you for your post. By all means we do apologize for the disappointment. When you checked out on our site, you selected UPS Ground as your shipping method. Same day delivery was not offered as this item is only available to your zip code through UPS. The tracking details for your order show there was an issue on the UPS side which caused a delay. While we are truly sorry, it should be agreed that a delay on the UPS side is not something we can control or be held accountable for. The solution for future is to select one of their air options which typically avoids any ground related issues. We also want to make it clear we do have same day delivery options available to your zip code but the item you selected is something that is shipped. We wish you all the very best.

    I purchased centerpiece arrangements for my daughter's graduation party.
    They were delivered earlier than expected, when I try to call them, phone was hung up on me and no answer x 3 times, Then I call owner and he was yelling at me, very disappointing experience!!!

    Thank you for your review. We are extremely surprised and confused about all of this. This was a straight forward, common order that is the bread and butter of what we do each and every day. You ordered centerpieces for an event a local restaurant. We deliver to this restaurant often and have a great relationship with them. When you placed the order, you requested that we deliver by 5pm so it would be there before the party. No problem at all. We explained that we do not deliver at 5pm but that it would be delivered at some point during the day and guaranteed by 5pm. You said that was fine. We delivered around lunchtime. The manager accepted the flowers and confirmed they would have them set up before the party. This is exactly how all restaurant deliveries go. It couldn't have gone more smooth- easy in and out. Your only request when ordering was to call you if there was any trouble. This was not necessary as there was nothing complicated about this delivery. When you called hours later, we asked what the issue was and what we could do to help. Your issue was that we did not call you. We explained that there was no need to and that everything went perfectly. We were having a tough time hearing you multiple times and stated that. The calls were muffled. We only hung up because we could not hear anything and it sounded like the call dropped. When you called back and got the owner, there was no yelling. Again, we just wanted to know what the concern was but there was no issue. Your concerns flipped from not calling to having phone troubles to how the owner was trying to assist you. All we wanted to know was what the problem was so we could fix it yet there was no issue. Since we did not hear from you later in the day when you would have seen the flowers, we feel it is safe to assume the flowers were beautiful and the party was a success. This is exactly what our expectation was when delivering. If you have any concerns whatsoever, please reach out to us.

    Such a disappointing experience for a very important purchase. A sympathy arrangement was ordered online Wed afternoon for local delivery on Thurs. I received an email from Kremp on Thursday stating there would be substitutions for the flower variety that was ordered on the website. I was concerned and asked for a photo of what would be sent. I did not receive a photo. The flowers were to be delivered on Thursday as per the online order. I received a call on Friday afternoon from the local delivering florist confirming the delivery address. The local florist stated they had contacted Kremp on Thursday asking to change the delivery day to Friday and were given permission to change the delivery day. I was not contacted about this change. This was a very important purchase from a group of nurses to the surviving spouse of one of our patients. It was important to be time sensitive with delivery and we were so disappointed. I called Kremp on Fri. afternoon when I found out the flowers had not yet been delivered . The customer service rep wanted to argue with me and placed blame on the local delivering florist. She told me this was to be expected when using an "800" number florist. Again, so disappointing.

We are not local to the area where your recipient is located so we were working with our preferred fulfillment center in the area to the order made and delivered. Unfortunately some of the flowers in your bouquet needed to be substituted so we reached out for your approval as a courtesy. While pictures may sometimes be available, this is not a guaranteed service we provide(although we are working towards that).
    We hate to ever blame anything on anyone. Orders should be delivered in a timely manner on the date you request. If they did not tell us there would be a delay, that still falls on us as you are our customer. We do apologize and are reviewing this order with our fulfillment center to ensure there is better communication moving forward. We appreciate your business and would be happy to apply a discount to your order due to the delay in delivery. Feel free to reach out to us. We are happy to help.

    This is a review of Kremp Florist in Glassboro, NJ. I complained within 24 hours that the premium arrangement delivered was not at all like what appeared on line. I sent my complaint more than 3 times before hearing from Kremp. After providing all the information again, they still did not handle my complaint. After wasting all this time, I simply gave up trying for an explanation. I would never order from them again. They have no idea what customer service is - except procrastination!

Any time we receive a call regarding an existing order, we would put notes on it. Since there were no notes on yours, I checked our call logs. There were no inbound calls from your phone number and nothing from your area code after your order was delivered for several weeks. Via email you had said your niece sent you a picture of what was delivered. We had asked for you to forward it so we could look into it further and get it resolved but we never heard back after that. We are always more than happy to help with any inquiries or concerns but since your message said you didn't want to spend any more time on it and we didn't hear back regarding the picture, we closed the ticket.
