      If you want to be treated with the respect that a human being deserves you need to find a different hardware to do business with. I've been a customer of this store for decades. I was just there making a purchase and the checkout clerk some old lady with purple hair, while I was trying to have a conversation with her threw out her arms and started yelling at me in the most disrespectful voice I've ever been spoken to in. She screamed "If you think you can do my job better than me you're welcome to come back here and do it yourself". I replied to her that if she was going to speak to people like that perhaps she should find a job where she doesn't have to deal with the public. She then replied "I only talk like this when I'm talking to an idiot". She said that right in front of her manager so obviously she's not scared of any discipline taking place. I told the manager this woman should be fired for treating customers this way and she laughed at me. Once again right in front of the manager. If I'm in someones establishment conducting business with them I expect to be treated with respect or at the very least indifferently. I'd give this store negative stars and fully intend to tell all of my family and everyone else I know to never do business there again.
