    I ordered a phone case in September for $130. I havent received my order Ive attempted to reach out to the company twice to get an update on the status of the order but they do not respond to emails or inquiries submitted in their online form. This company appears to be a scam and does not actually provide goods for the purchases placed in their store.

    I ordered and was charged for a cell phone case by the KerfCase company on October 3, 2023. I received a confirmation email with an order number which said that I would receive another email when the case shipped and that I should reach out if I did not receive said email within a week. I did not receive an email so messaged the company using their AI instant messenger. The AI said there was no record of an order and that someone would reach out to me. I then sent a message using their website contact form. No response to either message by the next day, so I sent an email and called their phone number and left a voice message. No response to either by the next day so I commented on their reddit page. No response to that by the next day. I called their number two more times - each time on a weekday afternoon, between the hours of 9-5 which the answering machine claims to be their office hours. It is now October 13th and I have not been able to make contact with a single human who works at this company after trying for four days. I am starting to worry they are not a real company.

    "We are a one person company (just me) who makes everything to order by hand, and I have been out of the shop on paternity leave for a few weeks.  We did leave an away email message and banner on our website detailing the delay.  I have since spoken with ********* about the delay and now that I'm back, their product is in production and on its way."

    I was not sure how to communicate that my case has been resolved but I do not want it recorded on the BBB site that the customer remains dissatisfied. KERFcase has resolved the complaint with me and I am satisfied.
