    I also filed this same complaint under their California  DBA:I enrolled in an online course. When I opened it up to start the course it was not at all intuitive or user-friendly. I asked for a refund. They keep telling me that there is a $30 charge to cancel, which is ludicrous. It's an online course. It's not like they sent me a bunch of heavy books that they had to pay for shipping. It's like charging for a .pdf. The same file that gets used over and over and over again by every single customer. I want a full refund. They are refusing to refund ANY of my money until I agree to their bogus $30 charge.
