    I took my 2015 mastercraft nxt20 in to get the distributor timing finalized I couldnt use a timing light. It had to be with a diagnostics tool I was assured by rob the service advisor they work on surf boats and he pointed to other ski boats and said we can do it. I also stated I just got done an engine swap and wanted a prop shaft alignment done aswell. Told me it would be ready to pick up the next day. Got a call the next day they didnt do anything as they didnt have the special tools to align the prop shaft I did it myself after with feeler gauge which is what the MASTERCRAFT DEALER said thats what they use. Long level states they dont have the specialized equipment and the engine had to come out which is a blatant lie. Now for the distributor timing part I had to buy dealer software ($2000) and hook the boat up to my computer set my distributor timing +5deg cam angle sensor. Got it done in literally 10 minutes. I was just trying to avoid buying a software to set my cam angle to 5deg. I had to buy it anyway as this company did nothing but give me a work order stating what I told them to do except it cost me 179 dollars to get my boat from them or else they would have kept it and put a lien on it unless I paid them for literally nothing.
