    Abe ********************** cleaned my furnace put in new thermostate after they screwed up the one that was in. Turned air on June 19, 2024. R woke up this morning running all night long and this morning would not shut of. Called the company told them what was happening. Told me they never put a new thermostats in . Yes they did said he doesnt have it in his file . Told him I needed someone out to be fix this today . Said it would cost me $95 an hour to fix the problem told him I wasnt paying they screwed it up they should make it right . Said Im not doing business with you dont like your attitude .

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I would like to address 2 remarks made by *********************** in his letter. He stated that I made threats on the phone. A threat is when you threaten harm to a person or company. What I said was Im going to report you to  the BBB. I didnt realize that was a threat. The second statement was when you continued to yell and were insistent , he said ** doing business with you he did not say Im doing business with you . He said Im not doing business with you.  
    He sent a young gentleman out to clean the furnace. He cleaned the furnace took the cover off the thermostats and either tightened or moved wires around. Whatever he did changed  something and he had trouble getting it to work. Finally it did work  He left and later  that day I called and spoke to ***** and told him the furnace was not working. He said I did not clean your furnace you called here by mistake . I told him they did clean it and then he said oh I have it  here. The guy came back out tried to get it to work and couldnt said he could give me a new thermostat. I told him I wanted one that I could change the temperature myself. He replaced it I asked what do I owe you and he said nothing it was my error so there is no charge. I told him when. I called and spoke to *************** said they did not clean the furnace . He said that was because I wasnt in the system yet. As there was no charge I didnt need a receipt. Woke up the next morning and the furnace was not working called ***** and he came. Checked the furnace and thermostat and changed a wire and said it wasnt making contact with tie furnace . It did work. I asked ***** why they take the cover off the thermostat and he said to check for dust . When I turned tie ** on it didnt work and I called ***** and told him. He asked if I had the ** cleaned and I said  no he said there would be a service charge and hourly rate that is when I got upset  The ** is working I did not turn it on correctly  
    And I apologize for that. Im sending you a picture of the thermostat he took off and the one he put on.

    Dear Customer,

    We do not stock the thermostat in the picture. This was not our work. Also, we do not take apart a thermostat during a regular furnace clean and check. It seems your issue has been resolved since you did not turn it on correctly. This is operator error.
