    nd there actually isnt one. The catalytic converter is bad and needs to be replaced and that is the sound you hear at times. I called Carlogic and they said the good thing is that you bought the warranty and we dont change every part of the car because no one would buy them. I said but this is a safety issue. I could have literally stopped on the side of the road. But they kept referring to the warranty which doesnt cover it. If the actually check the car, then they should have know. They said I could have taken it to a mechanic before buying. I had no idea that I was able to do that. If they were honest instead of lying about a problem, I would have not bought a car where I needed to replace an item within a day of purchasing. There was no honestly or transparency about this sale. I understand it is a used car but there is a different between a drivable and safe used car and one that isnt. It was a shady and not an honest sale.

    This matter has been successfully addressed with the customer. We reached out to them and came to a mutually agreeable solution by covering part of the repair costs. Although the customer bought the vehicle AS-IS and we are not required to make any repairs after the sale, we strive to assist our customers, which is why we initiated contact to find a resolution. Please see the attached updated review from the customer after our resolution.
