The word of Tracy K, owner of Dieci Americas (DA), B&K Equipment & Crane Service & The Hayseed Group is not good even with signed contract!!! Lies & slander of TriStar by DA and Ken V, DA President are unjust. Mr. K signed an agreement with TriStar to honor a powertrain warranty on specific equipment sold to TriStar customers through 6/25/25. A customer tried to file a claim and DA lied and denied such warranty. This isn't a shock as Mr. K has been lying about DA's products by boasting of a service dept with skilled mechanics in US when there isn't one, claiming 51-200 employees in US when there are 4. They advertise as a US master distributor of DA products but customers & dealers abandoned DA due to poor customer service & lack of support. DA has lost all of their dealers on several occasions. Many dealers gave up on Dieci (a list will be published). Despite owning B&K Equipment Mr. K offers very little in the way of Dieci products which isn't a good sign. Perhaps he prefers manufacturers such as JLG that actually offer support. Googling would have you believe DA is located in Texas. It isn't. The actual location is in PA. Why stop there though? Facebook and LinkedIn profiles are filled with misleading info, photos of units in Italy not US, services not offered in the US. Mr. K outsources servicing of DA products to V-Bar in Texas. V-Bar is not associated with DA yet they employ the ONLY certified Dieci mechanics in the US. The support team is one person. DA formed in 2014 but haven't gained much familiarity or service support in those 10 years. Spec sheets don't line up with the actual products. Mr. K has not been truthful & continues to lie on websites, FB & LinkedIn accounts because DA does not have a service center or mechanics in the US & is deceptive on media platforms. TriStar refused to invest more in the product line due to zero support & is the latest in the ever-growing list of companies that have terminated DA dealer agreements.
