    Trying to access to my school's outlook but was uanble to do so. I was not able to receive needed and timely messages from my Principal. I called ISecure, somewhat reluctant, however, Ronit was extemely helpful. He checked my laptop and told me my laptop was in good shape with decent spped. He did foind malware on my system and told me I was at risk of all my personal information being misuded. He took the time to show me what he was talking about and explaining the situation thoroughly. He explained the difference betqeen viruses and malware. I only had antivirus protection from another source. The service was explained, there was no coersion in getting me to pay for the different services. I chose the Permanent program versus the 3 year program. If I choose to purchase a new laptop, the lservice would be transferred over frr of charge. Mr. Cuningham instructed me to take pictures on my moblile, so contact information would be readily available. I was asked to explain my understanding of their services. I also Check with the Better Buisness Bureau who gave a favorable rating. (A+).
