    On October 27th, 2022 my membership was canceled by a new manager who constantly harasses me when I come to the gym. Four months ago in July of 2022 the first incident occurred where I was on the treadmill and he came over and proceeded to dust my feet while I was working out on the machine this could’ve been a health hazard I could’ve tripped and fell and injured myself so I said sir , could you please do this another time? He looked at me and walked off. This is when I felt unsafe. The next incident occurred two days ago October 25, 2022 when i came in with a water jug and he said I couldn’t come in with it. I told him that I would be very cautious and I wouldn’t be using any electrical equipment and he told me to pay for an “*******” water or get out. I said sir I don’t drink that water and I’ll only be 30 mins in, please let me pass this time. He said no so I proceeded to workout anyways. Upon working out I seen multiple ppl with the same water jug in their hands, this is when I felt discriminated against because I am a lgbtq affiliate and they weren'. Today I came in and grabbed a every drink as I always do and said good afternoon, no answer. He ignored me to help customers who came in AFTER me. Then once they left he asked did I want to use my card on file I said yes. He then prompted me to use the push pad. I asked why because I normally don’t have to. He said “I don’t have time for this XXXX today” and said go head. I went to workout and he started talking to a customer and another associate about me while laughing. I turned around and said “excuse me” he said everytime you come in here I have an issue with you. I said “on your end or mines”? I’m just trying to work out. He told me you can leave AGAIN and turned his back. So I proceeded to workout. After my workout i didn’t even look his way and he says “ have a good day MAAM” (sarcastically) and “ oh by the way your membership is canceled” and started laughing again with his fellow employee.
