NATURE OF DISPUTE: THE FRESH GROCER OF WYNCOTE, PA 1) FAILED TO DELIVER NEARLY HALF MY ORDER & HAS NOT CREDITED MY ** AND DEBIT CARD NOR HAVE THEY SENT ALL THE MISSING ITEMS FROM MY ORDER THAT WAS SHOPPED ON THE REGISTER RECEIPT. 2) SEVERAL ITEMS WERE DAMAGED THAT DID ARRIVE. THE FRESH GROCER OF WYNCOTE, PA PROMISED RESOLUTION ON 10/28/22 APPROX. 3:50PM THE SHOP FROM HOME MGR. ********* STATED THE STORE WOULD REFUND ME THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE ORDER AND FOR ME TO KEEP EVERYTHING THAT WAS RECEIVED AS A THANK YOU AND TO GIVE AWAY THE ITEMS THAT WERE DAMAGED TO SOMEONE LESS FORUTANTE AS A MATTER OF GOOD COMMUNITY WILL. AND THAT SHE WAS PROCESSING THE CREDIT RIGHT THEN, THE CREDIT TO THE ** WOULD BE W/IN 3HRS. AND THE CREDIT TO DEBIT WOULD BE THE TIME OF BANK. ALSO, I SPOKE WITH FRESH GRO. CSR ************ WHO TOOK LIST OF EVERY ITEM THAT WAS MISSING AND/OR DAMAGED AND EMAIL THE STORE, BUT NOT CALL BACK. ON 10/28 OR 31 SPOKE TO MGR ******* (APPROX. 5-6PM) WHO STATED WOULD LOOK INTO & CALL BACK NEXT, SHE DID NOT. 10/29 FAILED TO GET MGR NAME, BUT THEY MADE SAME PROMISE & DID NOT CALL BACK. 11/1 SPOKE W/MGR ******** WHO STATED WOULD HONOR CREDIT & GET IT DONE SOON AS ACCT. ADVISED HER HOW TO HANDLE IT, SHE FAIL TO DO SO 11/2 12;15PMSPOKE W/SUPER ********** FRESH GROCER TOTAL FREE 1-800-746-7748 AGAIN WHO STATED SENT ANOTHER EMAIL. 11/3 AWAITING CREDIT 11//04 SPOKE TO LASHONDA AT STORE AGAIN PROMISED IF NO REPLY TO HER EMAIL BY 1PM TODAY (11/4) FOR ME TO COME TO STORE & SHE WOULD DO MANUAL CREDITS: ** AND DEBIT PLUS GIVE $25 GIFT CARD DIDN'T.
