    Hi, in October 8, 2024 I purchased a **** S5 from Audi Wynnewood. When purchasing a new car you are given options that include protection services. During which I purchased a Pure Protection Package, which I do not believe was described accurately to me. The package was a total of 3780. On October 10th, I had decided it was not worth the money, given how little I drive and requested a refund; which I have documented via email. The process was incredibly painful, several calls and emails were ignored but finally at the end of October I was told the refund would be processed and it would take between ***** days to credit to my auto loan. It is now almost March, and I have yet to receive the credit. My calls and emails have all been ignored and I am not sure what to do at this point.

    I took my car (2017 A6) to Audi Wynwood in around Aug 20, 2024 for service assessment after hearing a siren noise, when my car was assessed by the mechanic, I was told nothing was wrong and that sometimes small things get through the sir ****** and my cause a wired noise, so Audi mechanic and service department told me I needed a new air ****** and I paid for that service, a few days later my car check engine light came on, I took my car back for assessment and ************ told me the light was off and to drive the car until the light came back on, I did just that, a few days later, my came on so I took the car to ***** *********************** told me this date Sept 2024 that I needed a engine cleaning, I paid 2-3 thousand for the cleaning and got my car back about 8-10 days later, when I got my car home the next day, when I started the engine, it would make a loud noise, rmp's were jumping without accelerating and the low whistle sound, I called ************* took the car back and they claimed they fixed the car after about 2 weeks, I took my car back when the same issue persisted after bringing my car home and now my key fob wasn't working, when I returned to ************ a week after, I asked to speak with the Manager, I met ****** and told him my concerns, ****** took my car in for service and confirmed that the issue my car had was misdiagnosed by the mechanic and that Audi will repair the damage, I got my car back a total of 5 times since Sept 2023, 5 loaner cars for a total of 10 months and I'm scheduled to bring my car back to Audi on Fri. Jun 28, 2024 bc my car is still having the same problem, The original mechanic was terminated from ***** I have contact Audi America several times, ****** admitted that the misdiagnosis and the initial repair Audi attempted worsened the issue with my car by pushing the problem to deep into the engine. I have receipts, ************* messages, Audi reports they lost all my correspondence in their system from a data breach

    I purchased my vehicle out of its lease from this dealership in July of 2022. They verbally suggested I buy the Platinum Audi Protection Plan and Tire warranty coverage. They said I could cancel it at any time. I have made numerous attempts to contact them by phone and email about what the process is for canceling and what the refund would be and nobody is getting back to me. I am not even sure I want to cancel but want to gather the information. Feels very fraudulent that they push it and then dont respond when you inquire about canceling. All I want is information at this point.

    I purchased a vehicle from Audi Wynnwood May of 2022 and should have seen the signs to not have continued with the purchase. A year later I traded in the vehicle for another model at a different dealsership and was informed that I would be able to get a refund of my extended warranty. I contacted the finance manager ***** ***** and sent the information requested to get the refund of which he sat in for weeks. I called Audi directly and was able to send the information directly to them. I tried to follow up with ***** who seems to never be at work, the employees seem to know that this a shady dealership and give you a run around. They have someones home number listed on their website. I called a gentleman a few times who stated he wished Audi Wnnewood would remove his number. I reached out to ***** again via voice and email and have not hear back and the dealership is holding my refund that has been processed by Audi in May. I want my refund.
