      They started charging for utilities when they were included when we moved in. They started charging MONTHLY to use the dedicated storage units each apartment got for free when we moved in. They installed flow restrictors on the water taps making water pressure so bad it takes 3 times longer to shower, wash dishes and wash our hands. They raised our rent by $200 a month DURING COVID. They now force their way into your apartment once a year for "cleanliness inspections" like we're 5 year olds. Comcast is the only internet provider because they have deals with the owners company and get kickbacks to refuse cheaper, faster, more stable internet to the neighborhood. The power goes out often and the internet goes out literally every week with Comcast unable to tell us why or fix it. They make us use a mobile app only available on the newest smartphones that tracks our location 24/7 and has no viewable privacy policy (which is illegal) to do our laundry. They gave us 4 days to spend the remaining funds on our laundry card and any remaining funds leftover were NOT reimbursed nor were any other credits given. They make us pay rent online using a service that charges extra to use cards and refuse physical checks now. I’m good friends with everybody in my building and every single one of them has said these changes are driving them to move out. If it wasn't such a pain to move things in and out of these tiny apartments, we'd have moved years ago.
      They seem to be buying fake reviews from people that have no known address in PA and seem to not exist at all, starting about 3 months ago (when all the 5 star ratings started coming in). All these google accounts are brand new as of 3 months ago when they flooded in, and all of them only have one review on record. Prior to this they attempted to bribe residents into writing good reviews with arbitrary rewards for residents that did so. Nobody took the bait so they resorted to either making fake accounts themselves or buying them.
