      Ordered a replacement part and they sent a defective part. It took over a month to get anywhere, as they kept finding new ways to accuse me of ordering the wrong part to justify taking out restocking and shipping fees. They refused to acknowledge that although I did order the correct part, they had sent me a defective one, so I only got a partial ********* repairman said the part they sent was was obviously degraded, he guesses from sitting in a box in their warehouse for years. He got what he needed elsewhere for about 60% of what they charged and it worked perfectly, and AJ Bednar got a nice chunk of $ from me that I can't get back. ***** them! I am new to spa tubs so I didn't know this, but they have most of the supplies Bednar sells at the major hardware stores in better condition for a lower price, if you can't source them from your repair person.

      Ordered PDC and miscellaneous spa parts from AJ Bednar online store ***************. I gave adequate time to receive parts but never received. Contacted AJ Bednar and to his credit he did actually respond. He said *** no longer has that particular part but is working on it. I gave him a month or so and no reply. Ordered same parts from a different vendor and they arrived within a week. Have not heard back from him in 6 months. Some of the parts were generic such as water line, gaskets, etc. which should be easy to stock. Leads me to believe he may be running a scam.

      Ordered a replacement heater for church pool. Received the heater and it didnt work. Sent it back and was told it had been repaired. Got it back 3 months later and it still didnt work. I had to pay $60.00 to send it back again. Ask for a refund and after. 2 more month received a check for about 1/3 of the price I paid. I recommend anyone to stay away from. AJ Bednar

      I ordered a control board for my hot tub. The board failed in less than a year. It took forever to get him to replace it and then the replacement failed in less than a year. After that, he basically said to take it up with Sundance. Sundance couldn't do anything for me because I didn't purchase it from them and now A.J. Bednar won't even respond to me. I don't recommend purchasing from them.

      I ordered and received a Hot Tub pump- hottubparts.net (owned by A J B*****) - pump broke after just 5 months. It was under warranty. I contacted @AJBendar for refund. I could not get a refund thro paypal as it was over 180 days but they said they would issue me a refund by chk. This was October 4th. Since then (Nov 25th) I haven't received a chk., nor any replies to my follow up emails.
      The pump was $328USD with shipping.. I have since had to purchase a new pump (and pay to have the old one uninstalled and new one installed). I am out a lot of money and I will not forget about my refund! Send me my money!

      i ordered a part for my bathtub 6 months ago. I was told every week that the part is on back order, now they are not answering their phone and the mailbox is full. This is the worse experience i have ever had, they basically took my money and will not answer the phone. Stay away from this rip off! They are stealing your money for products they are not sending.
