      Fraudulent business being performed. American Dental booked a root canal for my husband who has been suffering for 3 weeks waiting for them to make his crown- come to find out 12 minutes before his appt that they cant even do root canals there. The pain and lies you put your customers through along with the scams needs to be addressed. When I then scheduled an appt with an endodontics team they informed me they hear customers calling about ********************************************* and this situation weekly.

      Audubon, PA location lacks professionalism, respect, and integrity if you’re African American. The office manager is privileged to yell, scream and threaten potential by calling the authority on patients because of her skin tone. This is one of the reasons our country is divided bc of your skin tone you can always be considered the victim even when you are the aggressor.

      Kay L*, your allegations cannot be further from the truth as we have many members of our professional teams from a range of different ethnic and social backgrounds and would never discriminate in the manner in which you describe. We would like to also point out that all your comments about our office are derived from an interaction regarding your insurance coverage, as we did not see you clinically as a patient. We take these allegations very seriously as our reputation is very important to us! When you arrived, we did advise that your insurance was out of network, we tried to reach you ahead of time, to no avail, since your voicemail was full but wanted to make sure you were aware prior to any treatment being completed. Furthermore it was in fact your instructions for us to call the authorities and we do apologize that this situation occurred in this manner over insurance coverage not for any other reason.       WORST DENTAL OFFICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!

      If you love being scammed this is the place for you. If i could give this business a negative review, i really would. they steal from you and expect you not to notice. i was charged $1200 for a procedure that should’ve cost me $435. Now that I’ve already paid the full amount trying to get a refund is beyond impossible. Support your local oral surgeon, the small business owners they actually care and are there to help with the best possible solutions.

      We do understand your frustration, when a patient has dual insurance it can be a very timely process but we are required to follow the mandated protocol for submission.
