********************, thank you for passing along your concern. You actually had a conversation with ******** (Finance Team) from our office regarding this issue on June 24, 2024. At that time, he explained to you that we would try to make an accommodation for you, if possible. Please recall that you entered into an agreement with Denefits regarding payment for our representation in your case. Denefits is a separate entity from Kitay Law Offices and we have no financial or beneficial interest in that company. For our law firm to receive payment for representation in your legal matter, your payments need to be made to Denefits and we only receive payment after Denefits is paid. We do understand your position that Denefits will no longer take a debit card payment from you and that you would prefer to make payment in another manner. Considering that you have disputed charges with Denefits, we are hesitant to accept payment from you on a debit card. However, we would be willing to entertain that option if you are willing to physically come into our office to complete that payment. Otherwise, we are happy to take payment via cashier's check, money order, or ACH. At the same time, your agreement with Denefits is strictly between you and Denefits and we are unable to resolve that matter directly. If you have further concern regarding your obligations to Denefits, we suggest you contact them directly. If you have any additional questions, please contact us at ************ and ask to speak with ********. He will be happy to help in any way he can.
