5 starsWe needed an old very small bathroom remodeled . **** was the point person who was responsive and easy to work with . He had a lot of good suggestions on doing the project. Gio and **** completed the job in 5 days . These guys were very professional , courteous and did a top notch job .The new glass shower , tile and floor came out magazine level beautiful.I highly recommend this company. 5 starsThis company is amazing! Signed june 12th and my roof was done less than a week later; my gutters the next day. They repaired my bathroom ceiling in less than 2 hours ! Everything looks fantastic. The employees are very efficient and respectful. I signed with *******, very professional, very friendly and always there. 5 starsMy husband and I own a home built in the Victorian era. We are very pleased to say that the roofers all did an excellent job on our home and our garage to match . The workers were very professional, and knowledgeable . Also, when I had any questions or concerns, the roofers were so nice . When they were done with the job , we were sad to see them leave . Really they went above and beyond for us . We also have a high pitch that other roofers said no , they could not do it . These guys handled it no problem , at times I had to close my eyes how high they were . Omg . Thank you for all of your very hard work !!Review fromBrandy P

Where to begin. The roofers did a great job. However the chimney cap blew off same day wasn't replaced when it was suppose to be. Luckily myself husband and kids were inside or one of us would have been hit with it. I asked what was the purpose of the cap I was told it's to keep out animals that you really didn't need it. Well come to find out you do. Still waiting for them to put it back on after a month and a half. The siding is horrible. The covered up the exhaust hole in garage. The caulking is horrible and not to mention they threw away brand new caulking siding and other things. So we are just throwing money away. The metal around the windows is ghetto and the caulk let's just say my 4 year old autistic son could have done a better job. Then since they use 3rd party's a contractor brought beer for one of his workers here to my house. Whether it was drank on mybproperty I don't know but you don't bring alcohol to a job. We have been told everything will be fixed it's going on a month now and nothing or nobody has called or nothing. I see they got their money now everything is good for them. Not to mention the original estimate we were told it could be done for that but wind up getting 38k. Miss leading as h*** and lies and deceptions. I have plenty of pictures and witnesses.

2 starsWe decided on remodeling Authority to handle our bathroom renovation. Our first indication that it was not going to be an overall positive experience was when we did not hear from the Remodeling Authority in regards to scheduling anything. Instead we had to actively chase down the contacts we had multiple times to get answers about when the work would be taking place. Once the work did actually begin, some of the days of work were shortened because there were times someone was not available or on site to complete work that needed to be done. We had been promised that there would be a particular staff member on site to handle the work and manage things, but early in the week of work he left and did not return. The remaining workers acted rushed and frazzled, regularly acting like they did not know what work in the room to prioritize and in what order to complete things in, and once talking about how they met another potential customer at a hardware store and needed to wrap up work ASAP to give them an estimate. Finally went the work was "done" we found multiple major issues with the workmanship and had to repeatedly request someone come back to fix things, including plumbing, which we had to pay an additional fee out of pocket for with the company's plumber, which became a scheduling nightmare all on its own. However, the work that was done in an organized manner and done correctly looks beautiful. We just don't believe the quality of work to be equal to what we paid and would not choose to work with the Remodeling Authority again.Review fromHector O

5 starsThe experience with Dru and the remodeling authority has been amazing! they fought tirelessly for my family and were able to get a full roof remodel completed. The were very professional and got the job completed in a timely manor. I would recommend Dru and remodeling authority team for any job needed to your home, you’ll be in great hands!
