    Service provided February 7, 2024. Had to pay remaining insurance deductable up front of $295.27. After ******************** were reviewed by capital ********** my deductable had already been met by other dr ******************** therefore this money should have been refunded to me. After 6 phone calls over the course of 3/11/24-6/7/24 i still have not received an answer from them and no compensation returned.

    I apologize on behalf of Wyomissing Surgical Services regarding the unanswered phone calls.  We outsource our coding and billing and I was not aware of this issue.  Please note that the check was processed directly from our bank today as you can see by the receipt attached for the amount $295.27.

    I will contact our billing company and find out why these call where never responded.  Again, my apologies.
