    We just replaced a perfectly fine 20-year-old Baldwin entry knob. After 37-years in our house it was time for major repairs and upgrades. We figured new doors and entry sets for both the house and the garage were in order. We purchased two keyed alike entry sets. In total we have purchased four sets of Baldwin door hardware over the last forty years, and we can say the quality has remained the same over the years. There are not too many things you can say that about. We are extremely pleased with the service and the products we have received from Baldwin Hardware Direct.

    I contacted Baldwin two weeks ago regarding a returned item I had purchased about 2 weeks
    before. I had asked that Baldwin to return credit to my card for the purchase that I had made. The total purchase price was $119.00 and change. Baldwin did not return my full purchase price. I asked why I did not receive the full price back and did not not get an answer. I find this company to be not reputable and to have awful customer service.
