    - Master bathroom renovation project started 10/40/23 and we were told it was an 8 day project. Project was officially completed on 7/8/24.- bathroom was already demoed to the studs and everything was easily accessible to check before construction - due to waterproofing negligence, and signing off on work that was done wrong and deciding to still continue the project without our knowledge, the shower leaked into our kitchen below. They came and fixed the problem and it leaked again a week later. They lied about how the shower glass company agreed to move forward fixing the problem with a patch job. We got a second opinion and upon demo we found out that it was never waterproofed correctly and the drain was done wrong. Also found we would have the same issue with the sinks if we didnt check them so that had to be redone too. All of it was videoed and documented.- we would like the company to reimburse us for the cost of fixing the problems caused by their negligence. - we have sent emails and even an official letter from our lawyer and the only response we got was months later saying he would address our concerns the following week and has not responded since - they promised us a fully functioning 4 piece bathroom and there were issues all along the way. In the end the only thing that got done correctly was the toilet. - it ended up costing us an additional $16,000 to fixed the problems he cause and finish the project. We are asking to be reimbursed $12,000 of that. There were additional costs incurred after the letter from the lawyer was sent but we are ok with receiving that amount.
