    Paul sent an email telling me there is a $55 service charge $135 for the technician per hour And then whatever parts I needed. So I made an appointment a week ahead of time for 10 AM on a Friday, come Friday it's 10:45 And I call and was told they forgot but they'll get somebody over. So they get there and change out one sprinkler head for a wrong one and do a repair. There were 2 guys there 1 watching 1 working For about an hour. The next day I realized they put the wrong sprinkler head in and I called to make another appointment and then I got the bill Which charged me an hour and a 1/2 for 2 technicians which they don't specify its per tech. Which adds up to $405 just for labor And then the $55 service charge and $80 for the parts which I was OK with so $540 total for an hour. Needless to say there'll be no return call. Ever for them.
