  Spring of 2023 we needed a new liner for our in-ground pool. We had *** come and give us an estimate including a new bottom and new steps along with fixing our bottom drain. We decided to replace the bottom with new fill as we had stones coming up through our old liner. The old liner was pulled out and a new bottom put in along with a wooden frame for the new steps. It took several weeks from that time to do the liner as *** told us the wrong liner was originally received. In the meantime, it rained for several days. When the liner arrived, it was installed but instead of fixing the bottom drain like we had asked, he plugged it and then capped it, charging us for the caps to make it look like we had a bottom drain...just not a working one like we requested. Because of the time from when the bottom was replaced until the liner was installed, the bottom had stones come up thru and the fill that was placed in the steps sank. *** put the liner in over the stones and over the steps without fixing anything. I complained several times about fixing the steps telling them someone might get hurt on the steps and showed them pictures. I was told the steps would be repaired when they came to cover my pool for the winter. Pool was covered, steps NOT fixed. He also uncovered my pool this past spring and again did not repair my steps. It's only a matter of time until a have a hole in my liner. I am very disappointed with their installation and customer service. I have asked many times for them to make things right and they refuse. So frustrating to pay someone who claims they've done this for years and they do such a horrible job and don't stand behind their work. I wouldn't give them any stars if i was able to. Good luck to anyone else that uses them.

  Do not use this contractor. We are currently 73 days and counting since our pool was started. There are numerous issues. Pavers were installed incorrectly, and a slide was installed on top of loose pavers. The skimmer is inoperable, and Tom set the Jahndy value to main drain and left. The slide itself is leaking and when the slide is running there is a big pool of water running from underneath the slide. We cannot backflush or backwash the pool because the plumbing was done incorrectly and the water floods directly behind the pool deck and runs into the pool. When Tom is approached about issues, he threatens to quit the project. We are 73 days into the project, and we do not have the diving board, pavers are loose, and the concrete decks look horrible.
