    My father and I both purchased a water system and an additional service plan agreement. They only showed up 2 times which even trying to get them there was hassle enough. Now the phone is out of service. I'm assuming they are no longer open.

    12/23/2020 : ***** wrote a check #**** for $250.00 for a Aqua 3 1 Year Service plan. 11/18/2021 : ****** made service call. This was the 1st in 2021 (and we should have received 4 visits total), ****** assured us he would honor the three remaining visits owed, we did not have to pay for another Plan until our next 3 visits were completed and he would see us in March 2022. ZERO SERVICE IN 2022! Home office phone number out of service, ******'s voicemail box always full. 12/19/2022 : talked to ******. Reminded him we had no service in 2022. He stated “we” could swing by next week (12/26-12/31). ****** never called or showed. 12/31/2022 : spoke to ******. He stated “we” had no intentions on doing any work that week because of the holidays. We made plans for service on 01/05/2023 between 1-3pm. 01/05/2023 : 11:30 am, ****** called stating he wouldn't make it on time. Offered Friday at 11am. ***** stated it was ok but she would prefer later today if possible. 01/06/2023 : ****** did not arrive at 11 am nor did he call us. There has been no communication with ****** since 01/05/2023. I was able to leave voicemail on 01/06, 01/10. On the 6th asking for an update. On the 10th stated we were completely out of salt and I was going to purchase some today. We paid $250.00 for an Aqua 3 service plan which included salt and four visits a year every three months. We only ever received one service visit for our money. $250.00 divided by 4 x 3 = 187.50 . We would like a refund for the amount of $187.50 ASAP. Also, we never received any information about our system including a copy of the 5 year manufacturer's warranty. When we asked about it we were told it’s on file at the main office. I have been unable to find information online about our system so have no way of knowing how to make any adjustments myself or even reset the clock. We would like copies of this information as well.
