    Meineke has had my car since 9/22/2023 with the exception of a few days as each time I was given the van back it had problems. This is a 2016 ***** caravan with 61k miles on it that originally went in for inspection. It is also the only form of transportation for my handicapped son. The vehicle has gone back to Meineke 4 times, each time I am told something different and the return is delayed by at least 2 days. In the time they have had my van my son has missed 5 medical appointments and 5 physical therapies and is no longer able to attend physical therapy for missing so much. On Wednesday Oct 24th I requested that Meineke please take the van to ******* ***** dealership where they can fix the vehicle, and asked for a refund…they said no. The car would be fixed by Thursday. On Friday the 27th they were still working on the van and *** the manager told both myself and my mother that he had been given approval and arranged for the car to be towed to ***** and ***** will fix it and Meineke will pay the bill, they would have the vehicle on Monday the 30th of October. Today, October 30th, the caravan never went to ******* *****, I was informed that a dealership (*****) mobile unit, had come to diagnose so that Meineke could fix it, we were never told this, we have lost faith and trust in them. The van is still not fixed.

    I had Meineke do my brakes on my 2004 *********** in march i got on a finance plan to pay for it. I thought the wheel hub was bad so ordered one went to a different garage and here the brakes where bad. I don't think I should have to pay for them also want a refund for the full amount plus money for want I had to pay the other garage to redo want they had to do. Here is pictures of the finance paperwork also pictures of the brakes they put on.

    Customer's warranty only applies to work done at a Meineke. I'm not sure why this requires a response put if the vehicle was brought back to us when the "other" shop allegedly noticed brake wear we could have addressed her concern. However a hand written receipt from an alleged business on an alleged repair with no photos does not constitute a refund. We consider the matter closed.

    Needed car inspection. Check engine light came on so, just took it in to get it serviced, turns out it needed a lot done. We decided to sign up for some cards, cuz we didn’t have that amount laying around. Took the car in sat, April 29th, 2023. There has been ABSOLUTELY no updates , until I call. They told us it would be done Monday. Then Tuesday we went in cuz they said it would be done. They turned us away, because they “broke” a tool and there was a piece stuck inside. It will be done Tuesday night… well, it wasn’t. But no update until I called. They offered a loaner, but ive read bad reviews on Meineke loaner cars. Anyways , They ended up replacing the whole arm, “No charge “ 700 dollar fix. They made sure to tell me that…. I’ve gotten ahold of two different people in cooperation, but it’ll take 24-48 hrs for them to even reach back to me.
