    I watch a employee’s daughter and I called to get the father of the child to come pick the child up because the mother works further than the father and he was closer to the child the Hr lady that was there would not let him come to pick his child up. Mind you this child is running a high fever that can possible kill her and is vomiting everywhere. She told me the babysitter put the child in cold water with a little salt she was trying to kill his child try to send this poor baby into shock. Mind you I’m still just the babysitter and can not do much to the child all I can do is call the parents to pick the child up but it’s the fact the Hr lady would not let him go she was worrying about a line and who gone cover for him but not thinking about oh what if that was my child and I got called to pick my child up what she gone say oh just put him/her and in a tub of cold water and salt that was discrimination and she need to told a little something BECASUE if something was to happen to his child it’s his Hr lady fault because she was worrying about a line instead of his family emergency dealing with his child.
