    We paid a $1,500.00 retainer to have our property corners marked. The contract noted delivery of service in 4-6 weeks and we signed the contract March 28, 2025. *** was to bill hourly including travel time. Techs came to our property four times - repeatedly claiming an inability to find corners. I called the office and spoke to **** ******* President and licensed expert asking why the job was taking so many hours.Turns out **** was spending time pulling irrelevant documents and had been sending his techs outside our property for neighboring plots. The techs nor **** had not even used our deed! Our property borders only one neighbor, and per ****, she called FCE looking for information on our project and inquired about her property lines. **** sent to my email her and her neighbor's survey results and a 1972 deed from our address. Our deed is from 2024.**** and *** ******* refused to come back to our property and stake the four corners from our deed after their error was addressed in both a phone call and in email. The terms of the contract clearly states their role is to mark the four corners of our property deed. They also refused to return our $1,500 retainer.
