    On Friday, October 18, 2024, after I donated plasma at CSL, I went to go pick up some of my comics from my box at Comic Store West. Admittedly, I was overly excited, but it came from a good place, as I was in a good mood, having donated plasma and got paid for it. The clerk behind the counter, Scott, however, didn't see it that way, called me an idiot and said he had "valuable work" to do, which if it was so important, he would've had it done already, he's not good at his job, or there are bigger problems that aren't being addressed.
    That being said, I proceeded to email the owner of the store, Brian. I told him about what happened that night, as well as other times I've been in there where this happened before, but I took it in stride as I had been a loyal customer for 18 years and a subscriber for 6 of them. And he was pretty receptive on the surface, but really he was just brushing it off. The exchange got heated to the point where he decided to close out my box without just cause and he even threatened to reveal the emails to you guys, inferring that he'll showcase them from the angle that they're in the right and I'm in the wrong, which I am not.
    Needless to say, I will not be going to this store again. And based on how I and others have been treated by them in the past, I don't see them lasting very long, unless some major changes are applied. Starting with their employees' attitudes.

    ****, Unfortunately everyone has a different view of what happened. I spoke with all witnesses to the event and all corroborated the events that my manager stated. No one called you an idiot and it was apparent you were under a lot of stress about something. Your account at our ********************** was closed because I felt you were unhinged and with the numerous emails received from you over a 24 hour period I felt that you were a danger to my staff and my customers. Actually if you look at all of the store's customer reviews on ****** and such you will see the majority of them praise all of our staff, which I believe is why we have been in business for 40 years.
