    If I could give 0 stars I would.
    I had my tops done on 3/1. They were supposed to do my bottoms at that time, but due to my increased heart rate, the dentist wouldn’t do them. Ok fine I respect that. I was not sedated, but given medicine for anxiety an hour before my procedure. I was scheduled to have my bottoms done 3/24. When I had my tops done I had to call the dentist office and remind them to call in my prescription for 3/1. I had to do the same thing for my bottoms. Due to my work schedule and being busy all of that week, I couldn’t get around to calling until 3/23 the day before my appointment. I had to call them 3 times, and 2 of the 3 times they said that they weren’t able to send it yet due to having an emergency at the office. I get it things happen. The last time I called (a half hour before closing time) they said the dentist already left and they couldn’t send it out till the morning, they day of my appointment. I ended up canceling my appointment, due to not wanting the added stress of running around to my pharmacy and then running to the to the office. When the office manager called me back today, she was still trying to get me to come in today, which I refused because I had already made arrangements with my transportation.
    Why should I, as a client, spending $5K+ call about my own prescriptions?
    April 20th was to be my extraction day for my remaining 11 teeth. After over 2 hours only 8 teeth could be removed, and he had to quit due to my heart rate again.
    We scheduled for the remaining 3 teeth to be done on April 29th. Receive a text message from the assistant office manager, 2 hours before my scheduled time stating their systems are down and we need to reschedule. I feel like it is always something at this office.

    1. Aspen Dental charged me more than twice the amount of original quote.

    2. When filing the claim with my insurance company Aspen Dental used a Dentist (not the one who did the work) to file said claim. The Dentist was not a provider for my insurance company the dentist who did the work was a provider. I contacted my insurance company and they said Aspen Dental could refile using correct Dentist. I was told they would refile but 3 months later they have not refiled. My insurance company says I can't correct this it would have to be done by Aspen Dental.

    3. When I saw my family dentist for check up she said the work was not done correctly and would need to be redone.
