      Hello,
      I am reaching out because my registration rights have been suspended because of money owed to E-ZPass NH. I paid the $63 in tolls I owed over the summer and owed around $1400 in fees. The representative I spoke to in person told me to call ezpass and we would be able to settle on a lower payment amount. I did that and was told over the phone that I now owe $1500. I am reaching out in hopes to be able to settle on a lower payment amount because I simply cannot afford the $1500 and need to register a vehicle. The plate number that the invoices were about is *******. My address at the time was ** ***** ** ******* **. It has since changed to * **** ****** ** ********* **.

      Dear **** ** *******:
      I am responding to your BBB complaint #******** that we received on March 17, 2023.
      I am extending a settlement offer to resolve these outstanding violations and administrative fees totaling $2,025.00 for a lump
      sum payment of $825.00 in administrative fees, plus tolls.
      Payment of $825.00 in administrative fees must be received by April 24, 2023. Failure to respond with the payment by
      April 24, 2023, means that you have rejected our offer to resolve this matter. If you reject this offer the following will
      occur:
      ? The settlement offer to lessen administrative fees is withdrawn.
      ? In accordance with the Massachusetts Reciprocal Agreement your license and motor vehicle registration renewal
      privileges will remain denied.
      ? Failure to submit payment within 45 days may result in referral to the Office of the Attorney General for
      collection. If this matter is referred to the Attorney General’s Office for collection, we may seek payment of the
      tolls plus the full amount of administrative fees due.
      The payment should be made payable to NHDOT E-ZPass. Please note no personal checks will be accepted, we do
      accept money orders or certified bank checks. You may visit a NH E-ZPass Walk-In-Center or call the customer service
      center at ###-###-#### to submit payment over the phone.
