    This so called Agency stole 500 dollars from me never called back.

    I am still waiting for my $900.00 Audio-book to be produced. No one has contacted me after I have made over 50 calls to their main number. I want a refund, or else I will take them to a small claims court.

    On August 17, 2021, I paid $870.00 to republish my book, What Dog Lovers Know About God, having been encouraged to rebrand it and republish it under my own name by Kilmer Press. The "literary agent," Joe S******, promised that after the republication, he would solicit mainstream publishers to consider publishing my book. He did send me one hard copy of the book, and he emailed me a couple of reports showing that he emailed to a list information about the book. However, even though I requested that he tell me who was on the list, he never did. On July 14, 2022, I paid $239.00 to purchase 50 copies of this book for me to market the book by myself. Mr. S****** said that it would take about 10 days. Then I was told that the books were mailed to me via UPS on August 2, 2022, but Joe would never give me a tracking number. Although I have emailed and called him several times at his York, P.A. office, as of August 23, he has not replied, and I still do not have my books. The website, www.kilmerpress.net posts BBB as having given it an A+, but the BBB site indicates that it has not accredited Kilmer Press. The Missouri office number posted at the Kilmer Press website "is not in service." I'm at a loss as to what to do next other than to warn others to not do business with Kilmer Press.
