    I had to give at least one star for this review to process, but this business really should get no stars. I will explain why. I took my Stihl chainsaw to ******** Rent All in ****, ** for tune-up service and cleaning the week of June 24, 2024. I was told that it will take 4 weeks until service will be completed due to heavy volume of customers. On July 25, 2024, I visited the business to check on the status. I was asked if someone called me. I said that no one called ,but it has been the 4 weeks since I dropped my chainsaw off for service. The associate walked back to the service area and returned to tell me that my chainsaw "will be ready tomorrow." I went the next day to pick it up. First, they couldn't find it in the orders that were done, the invoice was in a stack that had to be entered into their records. Second, after paying for the service and loading the chainsaw into my car, I noticed it was still very dirty, no cleaning had been done as I had requested. Third, they charged for sharpening and shining the board, but they put the board back on upside down! And finally, I tried to start the chainsaw numerous times. I had my contractor try and he had trouble as well. When he finally got it started and ran it for awhile, all of a sudden, the carbuerator fell off! There was only one s**** holding it in place and the s**** wasn't even the right size! They didn't put my screws back in to my chainsaw, they put only one s**** and wrong size, resulting in my carbuerator falling off! I am highly dissastified with the service at this business. I will never use ******** Rent All for anything in the future, as their customer service lacks in quality and attention to detail. I will not be recommending this business to anyone for the same reasons.
