      We took our truck to Jiffy Lube on Monday, June 26, 2023 to get a standard oil change. We picked up our truck like about an hour later drove six blocks and the alarm start going off and lights saying low oil pressure they never put oil in our truck. My husband checked the dipstick and it was dry.

      On 02/22/2023 Jiffy Lube located at 1829 East 3rd Street, Williamsport, PA 17701 and had my oil changed in my 2006 *** *****. (PICTURE OF RECIEPT ENCLOSED) I have been using this business for many years. During the above date, invoice ******** the employee who was in the Lower Bay, (**** *.) for some reason, removed the complete Oil Pan cover to change the oil. Instead of removing 2 bolts to gain access to the oil plug through this cover, he removed the 6 bolts and removed the complete cover. On 05/05/2023, I went to the store and showed them the cover, which I removed from under my car. It was hanging down making a loud noise ready to fall off. It was hanging on by 1 lose bolt. The man who removed this cover did not tighten it up correctly. I spoke with the Manager, name unknown, who stated that he would replace it. I stated that would be fine. I believed the matter would be resolved. On 05/30/2023 I had not heard a word from the store, so I returned to see if they had the part! The Manager stated he had forgotten to get it. On 06/05/2023 I Emailed Jiffy Lube on the computer. On 06/08/2023 I received a phone call from the District Manager of Jiffy Lube who stated that he had located a new one in York PA and he would get it and personally bring it to the Williamsport Store. He stated it would take two weeks. Again, I believed the matter would be resolved. On 07/03/2023 I was due for an old change and went to Jiffy Lube to get it changed. Upon arrival I went to the Manager and asked if the District Manager had brought the part. The Store Manager stated that he would check, the District Manager was he now. The District Manager stated the he forgot it and went to get it. He should be back before my oil change is done. When my car was done, I paid the bill and the Store Manager stated he would call me when the part came. The District Manager Lied to me and set the Store Manager to cover for him. The District Manager would not speak with me. No part as of this date.

      On July 17, 2021 I took my car to Jiffy Lube **************** for rotor and brake change. 7 months later I am having issues with shaking steering wheel and I bring my car back to check it and they are claiming my rotors are damaged for excessive breaking and excessive heat. I had my car two years prior to getting the rotors fixed and never had an issue until it was a reasonable time to chage the rotors and breaks. I had issues several weeks after changing the breaks and rotors with a noise when I break I took my car back and apparently they had installed the wrong break pads and failed to properly document that on my "curtesy replacement'. Now I am seeking refund because several mechanics have told me that rotors should not have to be replaced less than two years from replacement and should not that excessive breaking should not be a cause for damaged rotors as they have normal were and tear. Also I should have warranty but apparently they did not give me any.I would like a refund.

      Please close this case, at first we re-did the service for the customer.  When the customer told us that she believed there was an issue with the parts, we refunded the cost of those parts.
